The Hypertrophy Library is currently operated by Andre Lundstrøm, based in Denmark. This is a personal, not-yet-registered business in the process of formal setup, this policy will be updated with full business details once that's complete.

WHAT DATA THIS SITE COLLECTS

As of the date above, this site does not use analytics and does not run any tracking cookies. The "Apply for Coaching" links on this site simply open your own email client, addressed to andrelundstroem@hotmail.com. Any information you choose to send in that email is handled the same as any other email you send, it is not collected or stored by this website itself.

The free tools on this site (the Volume Calculator, the "3 Reasons Your Progress Has Stalled" guide, and the diagnostic quiz) ask for your email before unlocking. Right now that email address is not actually collected, transmitted, or stored anywhere by this site, there is no mailing list yet. The only thing that happens is a small marker gets saved in your own browser's local storage, on your device only, so that browser remembers you've already unlocked that tool. Nothing is sent to Andre or to any third party, and clearing your browser data removes it entirely.

Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information for every visitor (such as IP address and browser type), the same way virtually every website on the internet does, for security and reliability purposes. This is standard server operation, not something this site actively collects or uses.

THIS WILL CHANGE AS THE SITE GROWS

This site plans to connect the free tools above to a real email newsletter service, and to add analytics, in the future. When that happens, this policy will be updated first, before those features go live, to clearly explain what's collected, why, how long it's kept, and who it's shared with (such as the email or analytics provider used). Any cookies that aren't strictly necessary for the site to function will require your consent first, see the Cookie Policy for details.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR, if this site does hold any personal data about you, you have the right to access it, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
